Biography

Victor was born on October 13, 1948 in the city of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk Region.

From 1974 to 1976 he worked as a foreman at the delivery of hot metal to the crimping workshop No. 1 of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant.

In 1976 he became the master of workshop No. 1 of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant.

From 1976 to 1979 he was the shift supervisor of the rolling shop No. 9 of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant.

From 1979 to 1983 he worked as the head of the rolling shop No. 9 of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant.

In 1983 and until 1985 he was deputy head of the production department of the plant.

In 1985, he acted as the head of the department rolling shop of MMK.

From 1985 to 1986 he acted as deputy chief engineer of the plant - head of the production department of MMK.

In 1986, he became deputy chief engineer of the plant - head of the department for the production and supply of MMK products. He worked until 1990.
