The SSK group starts implementation of the project of business process management

Business Process Management Suite of ELMA is implemented in telecommunication group "SSK". The partner in an implementation project - Flexible Technologies company.

Objectives

Using the ELMA system key processes of the company on provision of services to end consumers will be automated. A system will help to integrate all sales points of the company into process. Within implementation there will go user training, including training of business analysts of the Customer for independent design of processes to ELMA. The project is expected several months.
