The Zarechye bank conducts the history from the Kirov department of the State Bank created in Kazan in 1940. The Admiralty settlement put once as envisioned by Peter the Great behind the Kazankaya River which divides in two the ancient capital of Tatarstan became in later times the large industrial center. Here many enterprises grew and developed. The powder mill built under Catherine II's decree, cotton-mills of Alafuzov and other old enterprises of the Kazan Zarechye changed names, owners, technology, but their essence remained the same - producers. JSC JSB Zarechye is created on a share basis in November, 1990 based on the Kirov department of the State Bank in Kazan. From this point to this day works under the name "Zarechye". Since October, 2004 is a participant of deposit insurance system. As of 1/1/2015 the cumulative amount of assets of bank was 7547.7 million rubles, equity – 1273.2 million rubles, the loan portfolio – 3229.6 million rubles, account balances of clients – 4832 million rubles (according to RA "RAEX").
The Zarechye bank is concentrated mainly on crediting and service of accounts of corporate clients. Major shareholders and the serviced clients – JSC Kazan Helicopter Plant and the related companies. The head office of bank is in Kazan, also credit institution has branch in Oryol, operational offices in Moscow, Kazan and Livny (Oryol region).
