The Zarechye bank starts implementation of the ECM solution

The MT Group company started implementation of the Directum ECM system in Zarechye commercial bank.

Background

Orientation to technological effectiveness and customer focus demand from bank not only optimization of direct work with clients, but also automation of internal business processes during interaction of employees. The solution of such task means use of a specialized system capable to manage all content of bank. Therefore in 2011 the management of JSB Zarechye made the decision on the choice and system implementation of an ECM class. Search of the suitable solution was carried out by the staff of Department of banking technologies. Special attention was paid to convenience of functionality, openness and flexibility of a system and also possibility of its completion and setup by forces of specialists of the customer, says Directum company.

The MT Group company, the official partner of Directum in Tatarstan acted as the supplier.

Opinion

"The MT Group company gave us an opportunity to test the Directum system within two months — Alexander Kiselyov, the director of the department of banking technologies commented on the choice of a system. — For us it was important to be convinced that on the basis of Directum we will be able to organize the content management system which is completely corresponding to our internal technologies. At the same time, training of the working group of bank by consultants of MT Group allowed us to adopt experience of the effective organization of work and to look in a new way at own business processes already in the course of testing. As a result of the done work we were convinced that using Directum we can not only increase transparency of work, but also organically build in a system the existing IT infrastructure".

Solution

At present there passes the project organization stage: the working group including leading specialists of bank and consultants of MT Group rendering services in the methodical organization and project management is created and also the detail schedule of implementation is approved. According to the accepted project documents implementation will be based on functionality of "Basic modules" of the Directum system and the solution Office. On the basis of the selected functionality the protected electronic archive of the bank documentation with the system of flexible search and also differentiation of access rights according to powers of users will be created.

Expectations

As expected, according to the results of the project in a system about 120 employees of the bank, including all heads of divisions and top managers will work.

In addition, work of office (registration of outgoing/incoming correspondence, control of execution of instructions) will be completely automated and also work with organizational and administrative documentation will pass into an electronic form, reported in Directum.
