AKME-engineering upgrades document flow and implements the project of automation of EDMS

The Cognitive Technologies company completed the project of creation of a corporate system of electronic document management and business process management in AKME-engineering company. As a software platform the E1 Euphrates system is used.

Background

Professional activity of AKME-engineering company belongs to the sphere of difficult high technologies. It involves need of maintaining large volume of regulating, technical and financial documentation. For the purpose of increase in efficiency of work with documents by the management of AKME-engineering the decision on implementation of electronic document management is made. After assessment of several offers provided in the Russian IT market the robotic system "E1 Euphrates" is selected.

Solution

As a result of project implementation in AKME-engineering company process of registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence is automated, approval of internal documents is adjusted and also process of accounting and work with protocols and the accompanying documents is automated. Thanks to existence of the robotic Nexus platform and the developed E1 Euphrates tools installation and setup of a system were performed practically without involvement of specialists of developer company.

Results

By estimates of specialists of AKME-engineering, as a result of implementation of a corporate system of electronic document management the term of approval of documents will be reduced by 2-3 times and by 3-4 times time of access to documents will decrease.
