The Industrialnaya, 6 condominium automates accounting and tax accounting using program 1C: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC. Integrator in the project 1C Company: VDGB.

Background

Industrialnaya, 6 Condominium — the management company is created for the purpose of consolidation of owners of premises apartment at home for the management which is in joint tenancy of premises and also conducting business activities in the form of operation of construction of additional premises and objects of a common property. The management of customer company stopped the choice on the 1C software product for accounting in housing and public utilities management companies as functionality of this configuration helps to solve highly effectively the following specific problems for housing sector:

  • accounting of owners of property;
  • formation of printed forms of a passport office;
  • accounting of housing and non-residential stock;
  • utility calculations and charges;
  • formation of the specialized reporting.
