Ilyichevsk, insurance company (MLM eCSpert)

At the beginning of 2012 specialists of CS company completed system implementation of MLM:: eCSpert in Department of management of linear networks of Ilyichevskaya insurance company. It is already the seventh Ukrainian company which implemented at itself the automation system of insurance intermediaries created by the CS command.

"The effective tool was necessary for us for automation of work of agency network. With CS company we are connected by long-standing partnership – since 2006 we operate the automation system of life insurance of LISA. Successful implementation of the next joint project once again validated our choice", - Katerina Vasilenko, the director of the department of management of the SK "Ilyichevsk" linear networks reported.

As a result of system implementation of MLM:: eCSpert work of bek office of insurance company and linear agency network was automated and synchronized: the possibility of registration of a statement on insurance directly in regions is implemented.

Functionality of MLM:: eCSpert allows to automate the system of motivation of personnel of network of sales which in case of need can be rebuilt. All changes on agency structure can be conducted as in the manual mode, and automatically – according to techniques of motivations. Automatic calculation of a commission fee, subsidies and bonuses is at the moment started. Also in a system the list of fill rates of works on the basis of which productivity of work of each employee of network is considered was configured. A system automatically creates detailed analytical reports, work with which increases effective management of agency network and facilitates work of specialists of SK. In return, the CS company highly appreciated cooperation with SK "Ilyichevsk". We hope that our joint work will last and in the future, bringing success and prosperity to both cooperating parties.
