Content

Administration of the city district Salavat implements an electronic document management system on the platform EDMS "CASE". Delivery and implementation are performed by the company "Medialux".

Background

The decision on transition to electronic document management by City administration Salavat was made within accomplishment of the target program "Electronic Russia" and for the purpose of transition to modern business technologies.

Solution

At the time of the beginning of implementation in City administration Salavat electronic document registration in the general department was automated. In the CASE system only the staff of the general department and secretaries of deputy heads worked.

Are implemented by the project:

  • setup of remote access of EDMS "DELO" using a subsystem of "DELO-WEB";
  • registration of new users in a system or change of the rights at the existing users in connection with connection of additional jobs;
  • testing of routes of the movement of documents, projects (registration, control, execution, approval).

Objectives

It is expected that by means of the CASE system in City administration tasks of streamlining of processes of document flow, transition to the uniform scheme of work with documents will be solved. It is going to automate work with the entering / outgoing documents and correspondence, to reduce terms of registration and passing of documents, to provide proper control of execution of documents.

In plans of the customer providing the organization with multithreaded scanners and acquisition of the option "Line Scanning" for the purpose of the translation of multisheet paper documents in an electronic image and complete transition to electronic document management. For effective use of the CASE system among the management of Administration it is going to implement "A subsystem of notifications and notifications". The subsystem will allow to react to changes in electronic documents quickly.

Result

Now in administration 25 jobs of the CASE system and 15 jobs of a subsystem of "DELO-WEB" are set.
