Pilot project of a monitoring system of GLOSAV transport on the equipment "DSK "Autobahn"

The GLOSAV company announced in March, 2012 start of a pilot project on system implementation of monitoring of GLOSAV transport on the road-building equipment of the Moscow branch of JSC "DSK "Autobahn".

Now JSC DSK AVTOBAN integrates 16 branches and managed companies: road-building, motor transportation, bridge erection, the project organizations, divisions conducting industrial civil engineering. The structure of holding also includes JSC Sibbusinessbank founded in 1993 and the Promtekhnoleasing leasing company.

The question of economic operation is one of key for a segment of the road-building equipment. JSC DSK AVTOBAN has the considerable technological potential allowing rhythmically and with high quality to execute large volumes road-building and earthwork. For this reason the issue of effective management of the equipment and cost reductions is particularly acute at the enterprise.

A system GLOSAV is aimed at increasing the level of security of operation of the road-building equipment and also to reduce costs due to more effective use of the park of special equipment.

Within the project GLOSAV is going to connect road-building machines, mechanisms, special motor transport, asfalto-mixing units, crushing and sorting complexes and other types of special equipment to a system.

Today a system GLOSAV allows to control a broad spectrum of indications of the equipment of JSC DSK AVTOBAN: the location, a status of the main nodes and units, fuel consumption, at the same time, by estimates of specialists of the industry, quality and reliability of the equipment GLOSAV is incomparable above, than at many western analogs.

According to the CEO GLOSAV Kashirin I.S., the monitoring system GLOSAV is widely adopted today more and more in a segment of road-building works – fuel control, prevention of execution of works on the party, operation of the equipment on marginal or emergency operation – effectively decide using a system GLOSAV. The relevance of a system GLOSAV is confirmed also by the fact that active implementation goes in the commercial organizations for which financial performance is the main factor at acceptance of any new solutions.
