The Energozashchita production company implements the solution of business process management

"Innovations and Business Technologies" company started system implementation of ELMA: Business process management in Energozashchita trade production company.

Task

Increase in effective management of the company, the organization of system control of performing discipline, and also for need of increase in transparency of activity of the company by the management required decision-making about system implementation business process management. A choice was made for benefit of ELMA.

The main objectives which are set for a system:

• receive the convenient tool for work with clients;
• organize the uniform customer base;
• automate key sales process;
• exclude a human factor at cost accounting and the specification;
• automatic formation of documents;
• integration with the system of SAP.

Solution

The project started in January, 2011. Employees fully estimated systems capabilities, and the management increased efficiency of all enterprise, automating routine transactions and electronic document management.
