Content

The BioLink Solutions company completed implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime in Intersport company.

Task

For the purpose of maintenance of corporate discipline the company management made the decision on implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time and access control of BioLink BioTime.

The time recording in retail trade — an important component of labor discipline, was emphasized in BioLink. He helps company management to estimate objectively the involvement of each employee into service of business processes, and to the personnel — to observe corporate standards and to use effectively every minute the working day.

On a response of the customer, the decision to implement the BioTime system was made for several reasons. First, products of BioLink are integrated more than on 6 thousand objects in the CIS countries. Secondly, the biometric BioTime system allow to refuse completely manual accounting, so — to exclude a human factor when fixing time of arrival and departure of employees. Thirdly, a system has broad flexible configurations of working schedules and reports on each employee and separate divisions.

Solution

According to the results of the project implementation of the biometric BioTime system simplified personnel records and made payroll adequate actually to a worked time. It became possible thanks to integration of the BioTime system into the software "1C: Payroll and the Personnel" (7.7), "1C: Payroll and HR Management" (8.1, 8.2).

Result

Except simplification of personnel and financial accounting, the BioTime system played a role in optimization of daily activity of personnel. So, for registration of arrival and leaving it is enough to employee to put a finger to the biometric FingerPass TM terminal, at the same time it is possible to forget about cards or charms which are easy for breaking or losing.

Relevant answers to questions always are at the disposal of representatives of HR department of Intersport now: who exactly of one hundred employees works in this or that day in a certain department; in what time each employee came to work; as the work-rest schedule is observed by each employee; whether is among employees late or shirking, including systematically.

These data can be used for timely identification of "a weak link" and objective encouragement of the disciplined workers. Thus, the system of accounting of working time of BioTime provides necessary information for acceptance of the justified management decisions, noted in BioLink.
