The Nevskaya Co company completes the first and begins the second stage of system implementation of management of a finanansama

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the first stage of system implementation of "BIT .FINANS" in "The Nevsky fruit company".

Task

For many years all operations on accounting and control of cash flows in Nevskaya Co were performed in spreadsheets. Almost all requests for a funds expenditure were approved "orally". With increase in a payment flow such method of conducting work began to take away unfairly a lot of time, there was a risk of errors and delay of payments".

Entrusted to automate section on treasury to developers of the selected system - specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT).

Solution

Project implementation took four months. During system implementation and during adaptation to it of employees, the enterprise worked in the usual mode. As a result the Nevskaya Co company received a system for cash management on 50 users which allowed:

• Several times to accelerate process of approval and decision making on all payments of the company;
• Strengthen control of a funds expenditure;
• There was a possibility of flexible planning of receipt and a funds expenditure.

Automation of accounting of the credits and loans of the company became one of important points of the project. At the expense of it, at the enterprise calculation for the credits is made automatically. Besides, a system reminds of need of interest payment in time that it allows to reduce risk of delay of payments.

Result

Process automation of treasury at the enterprise allowed to accelerate several times approval of payments and to increase data transparency on cash flow.
