The Technoserv Consulting company completed process of upgrade of a hardware and software system of the SAP ERP and SAP SCM systems of the Russian company JSC ALROSA (JSC), the world's largest enterprise for extraction of diamonds.
For the solution of this task were used modern a HP server from the 4th by nuclear processors and also the geographically distributed productive server cluster is organized. As a result performance of the SAP ERP and SAP SCM systems of JSC ALROSA increased more than twice.
Thus, the problem of a lack of capacities for the SAP ERP and SAP SCM systems which number of users after project implementation on automation of process of management of purchases increased in JSC ALROSA from 350 to 1500 was solved.
The Technoserv Consulting company provided installation, setup and start of the necessary computing and communication equipment generally and reserve Data processing centers, deployment of a productive failover cluster of servers, including installation of the system and application software and also conducting complex tests.
