The mortgage Credit Alliance thanks Crane Consulting for the help in the choice of the Customer Relationship Management System.

We needed the Customer Relationship Management System for work with individuals directly and through partners. The main requirement is web the interface and an opportunity for work according to SaaS to the scheme.

Independent search did not yield results as the current activity did not allow to find enough time for testing of systems. We made the decision to find the independent specialists assisting in search of CRM systems and found Crane Consulting.

Specialists from Crane Consulting quickly collected requirements and began search. In a week provided us the list more than from 10 SaaS of the CRM systems of foreign and domestic developers. The most part otseitsya due to the lack of localization and the high cost of use.

As a result we independently tested 5 CRM systems and defined 3 finalists: Sugar CRM, ASoft CRM and Zoho CRM. Finally we did not decide on the Customer Relationship Management System yet, but for sjekonomlenny time and the qualified help we speak to specialists of Crane Consulting thanks!
