In the government of Chelyabinsk region the project of creation of the centralized platform of placement of the state order comes to the end

The BFT company completed upgrade of a hardware and software system on placement of the state and municipal order of Chelyabinsk region.

Centralization of a system of the state and municipal order provides automation of all stages of a purchasing cycle: forecasting and planning of the public and municipal procurements, justification and control of the starting prices and other keyword parameters of the public and municipal contracts, placement of the state and municipal order, performance of the public and municipal contracts, monitoring and accounting of contract results.

The centralized solution provides both preliminary control of budgeted expenses, and operating control from control body of the region behind placement of the municipal order in municipal entities with unconditional preserving of the principle of independence of municipalities. Uniform rules and regulations concerning the organization of purchasing process in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation and consolidation of data on the carried-out purchases on the uniform website of the subject of the Russian Federation will increase transparency of process of the municipal order for its participants. Use of the centralized solution significantly saves budget money due to cost reduction for technical means (servers) and the software in municipal entities, expenses on compensation of technical specialists (a system is serviced on a centralized basis), expenses on maintenance of a system.

End of the Project

At the end of 2012 within the next public contract the second stage of works on creation of the centralized platform of placement of the regional order is completed, the press service of developer reported on January 14, 2013. 16 more municipal entities of area are connected to the solution.

Within the project integration of the ATsK-Goszakaz system with the Official website of the Russian Federation, and with the systems of budget implementation "ADC-Finance" functioning in the Ministry of Finance and all municipal entities of Chelyabinsk region is implemented.
