On PMEF'2017 Foresight shared experience of creation of "The smart region" based on Prognoz Platform

In June, 2017 within the St. Petersburg Economic Forum the CEO of the company "Forsythe" Vladimir Komov shared experience of creation of "The smart region" based on domestic BI- the platform Prognoz Platform.

Vladimir Komov's performance took place in opening day PMEFA within the debate "The smart region: solutions of the future in practice".

Vladimir Komov emphasized that creation of "The smart region" begins first of all with information technology implementation in public administration.

Among relevant IT tasks of "The smart region" the CEO of Foresight called social and political monitoring, modeling, implementation of monitoring systems in the key directions, processing of statistical data and their representation for the population and also integration with external systems. All these problems are successfully solved in the Moscow region using the modern system created based on the Prognoz Platform BI platform today.

Thanks to implementation of IAS of the Moscow region by 2-3 times the efficiency of obtaining information on social and economic development of the region and efficiency of decision making increased, process of approval of the state and municipal programs accelerated almost twice and also the efficiency increased twice and quality of training of the reporting is improved.

As Vladimir Komov noted in the performance, advantage of Prognoz Platform to creation of "The smart region" consists that it is the Russian development which conforms to all requirements of FSTEC and FSB and has broad tool kit for rapid implementation of modern information systems.
