Biography

Was born on June 20, 1956 in Kursk.

Education

1979: MAI

In 1979 graduated from the Moscow aviation institute of the Order of Lenin of S. Ordzhonikidze.

1990: MFI

In 1990 graduated from special faculty at the Moscow financial institution (since 2010 - Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation) on preparation of the highly qualified managerial personnel in the field of currency transactions, an international credit and international settlements with qualification "the international economic relations economist".

Ended the High courses of foreign languages and faculty of advanced training at Academy of foreign trade.

Training

Trained in the American-Soviet trade and economic council (ASTES, New York), in the Moscow People's Bank (London), in Daiwa Europe Ltd corporation. (London).

Worked as the laboratory assistant, the engineer at the Moscow institute of heat engineering.

1982: State Committee of the USSR

From 1989 to 1993 - the expert, the senior expert, the deputy chief, the head of department of credit and financial transactions of JSC Sovfintreyd.

1993: Alfa-Bank

From 1993 to 1995 - the head of department, the head of department of monetary transactions, the vice chairman of the board of IKB - the senior vice president of Alfa-Bank.
