GOU SOSH No. 574 automates accounting

At school No. 574 automation of accounting of accounting activity is complete. Solution 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 formed a basis. The integrator in the project is 1C Company: VDGB.

Background

Due to the expansion of a range of paid educational services, the customer company had a need for optimization and connection in a single system of both non-commercial activity of organization, and entrepreneurial.

Result

The software product automating accounting activity represents the configuration 1C: Budget Institution Accounting developed based on the system of programs 1C:Enterprise 8. Undoubted plus of the solution is the fact that it allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other system components 1C.

1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product is the ready-made solution on automation of the majority of sections of accounting and tax accounting. The configuration allows:

• keep accounting and tax accounting;
• perform documentation of the facts of financial and economic activity;
• keep account of authorization of expenses;
• keep account of transactions of finishing budget data and cash execution;
• keep the cash accounting and monetary documents;
• keep account of non-financial assets.
