"The pawnshop 222" implements the profile solution of automation of accounting of activity

Industry 1C:VDGB program: The pawnshop on 1C: Enterprise platform 8 automates accounting and management in the Pawnshop 222. The implementer in the project 1C Company: VDGB.

Background

The company management "the Pawnshop 222" handled in "1C:VDGB" a task - to automate work of a pawnshop. After consultations the decision on implementation of specialized industry solution of 1C:VDGB is made: A pawnshop, intended for automation of pawnshops and the enterprises of the jewelry industry.

Solution

Implementation of the 1C:VDGB program: The pawnshop opens a possibility of use of complex circuits of crediting in "the Pawnshop 222". On the basis of the reference book of schemes of crediting, charge can be carried out at the different rates and conditions, calculation is possible as as a percentage, and with fixed amounts for any period.

Results

As a result of implementation of the software solution 1C:VDGB: A pawnshop in the company drawing up the following reports is automated:

• report on the things which are in pledge of a pawnshop;
• the report on the things which are in pledges and in buying up both in quantitative, and in weight expression (it is used when accounting jewelry things);
• inventory sheets on the things which are stored in a pawnshop;
• the report on the issued amounts in buying up of a pawnshop;
• the reports reflecting the operations performed by a pawnshop (the redemption, repledge, etc.), a status of mortgage tickets and things, history of pledgers and separate mortgage tickets and others;
• the reports allowing to see the profit of a pawnshop;
• the reporting under tests of the products which are stored in a pawnshop, including for assay chamber.

The industry program implemented accounting of all operations performed by a pawnshop:

• acceptance of property as a deposit and its assessment;
• providing loan;
• charge and collection of interest for using loan;
• return of a loan by the pledger;
• sale of unclaimed things from biddings.
