APPIUS Group, the Russian developer [PLM] - solutions on 1C: Enterprise platform 8, implemented "A management system for the design estimates" in Stroygazconsulting LLC.

Stroygazconsulting (SGK) is the holding which integrated management company and manufacturing enterprises. Treat its core activities:

  • construction, repair and reconstruction of objects for arrangement of fields, objects of transport of oil and gas, compressor stations, highways, objects of industrial and civil function;
  • material complete set of objects;
  • production of construction materials and equipment.

For the solution of a task of management of documentation which comes and goes from SGK in tens of boxes daily to different regions to contract organizations tables of Excel became insufficiently. The criterion of the working system in the company with a similar type of activity became the main selection term of a management system for the design estimates at the enterprise.

Wide circulation and existence in SGK of licenses for the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform became an important point of the choice of a system.

Structural divisions of SGK are in the locations of the customer. For high-quality formation of information in a system 1 person (approximately on 1200 sets or 200 km of a linear part) equipped with the A0 scanner (for example GRAPHTEC), the A3 scanner (documentary) and the MFP is necessary for an output of paper copies.

A system is in operation since June, 2010 and more than 150 people some of which are connected to base through VPN connection use it. At the moment a system stores information on more than 100 buildings consisting of 80 thousand sets of documents to which 75 thousand files are tied. The system administrator has an opportunity to monitor actions of users, for example, who work in a system at present and what executes transactions (unloads files, makes reports, runs for information search, etc.)".
