Intersoft: AIS of housing and public utilities

The AIS of housing and public utilities, edition 4.1 is developed in the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 environment in the mode of managed application.

The AIS of Housing and Public Utilities, Edition 4.1 software product is intended for automation of accounting and payment processing for housing-and-municipal and other services, accounting of objects of housing and non-residential stock. Is suitable for use in uniform settlement centers, management companies, condominium, subscriber departments of service providers (water utilities, thermal networks, special motor transport services, etc.) and other housing and public utilities enterprises.

Main functionality of the program

• Multiorganizational accounting;
• Maintaining technical characteristics of objects of housing and non-residential stock. Accounting of utilities by buildings and personal accounts;
• Maintaining personal accounts of owners, employers and tenants of premises;
• Passport office (registration of citizens at the place of residence and in the place of residence, removal of citizens from registration accounting, registration of changes of passport data, formation of the regulated reporting forms);
• Charge of payments on utilities taking into account privileges, social norms of the used standards, indications of individual and collective metering devices, any consumed volumes, the changes of structure living on personal accounts, the added subsidies and so forth;
• Correction of charges (additional accrual, underdelivery) with different options of calculation of adjustment amounts;
• Distribution of the amounts exposed by the supplier by personal accounts is proportional to a share from the total area of the building, a part of the consumed utility, to the number of residents;
• Automatic recalculation of charges for any period at change of rates, consumption rates, the registration/statement of residents, change of the areas, etc.;
• Batch print of notifications on payment of utilities;
• The configured penalty fee calculation formulas;
• Acceptance of payments with flexible configuration of distribution of the amounts by charges and balance. Connectivity of the scanner of barcodes;

"The AIS of housing and public utilities, edition 4.1" is an original, but not independent configuration. It is necessary to have the set 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform for its work (except basic versions of products). The configuration can be used both in the mode of managed application, and for work in the web client.
