Content

The Intersoft company completed the works on automation of calculation of housing and communal services in Urozhay-2000 Condominium as system implementation "the AIS of housing and public utilities 4.1".

Start

For solving of tasks of effective management of housing stock and also quality improvement of service, condominium the system allowing to analyze volumes and the nomenclature of the provided services, to calculate a penalty fee at untimely payments, to notify owners of housing on the current charges and debt obligations, to automate calculations on housing and communal services was required.

The management of condominium carried out the analysis of the existing offers and stopped the choice on industry solution of NPVF Intersoft LLC to "Housing and communal services automated information system" ("the AIS of housing and public utilities 4.1"). As the partner in system implementation the developer company of the solution of NPVF Intersoft LLC was selected.

Solution

The project is executed within two months. During implementation automated information system was finished taking into account specifics of business processes of Urozhay-2000 Condominium. Information exchange with the Internet portal is implemented, work with different the client banks is automated. Operational implementing solution is in many respects caused by opportunities of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform which just allows quickly and to execute integration of systems into portals and the client banks.

As a result of implementation the main sections of work are automated:

  • Accounting of volume and the nomenclature of the provided services and calculation of their cost (tariffing of services);
  • Accounting of preferential categories of citizens;
  • The notification of owners of housing about the current charges and debt obligations;
  • Payment acceptance for housing and communal services on receipts with a barcode or without it;
  • Calculation of a penalty fee at untimely payments for housing and communal services;
  • Accounting of subsidies for needy segments of the population.

Opinion

According to Zhanna Nikolaevna Bondarenko, the chief accountant of Urozhay-2000 Condominium, the implemented automated information system allowed to simplify considerably calculations on housing and communal services. Thanks to automation of a number of processes there was an opportunity to focus on problem solving of improvement and quality improvement of living conditions.

Results

  • Possibility of independent check by residents of charges, debts, the sizes of the added penalty fee;
  • Possibility of payment of services of housing and public utilities in time, convenient for residents, without leaving the house that in turn affected reduction of the amount of debts. Today Urozhay-2000 Condominium is the only partnership in Krasnodar which gives an opportunity to residents to pay services through this system;
  • Time of calculation of cost of housing and communal services was cut by half.

As a result of implementation of industry solution on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform copartners had an opportunity to independently control charges, to check debt on the Internet portal and to pay services, and the speed of calculation and formation of receipts in accounting of condominium increased by payment of services of housing and public utilities twice.
