On Moldavian state district power plant installation of a structured cabling system is complete

The company Ink completed the project of sale of a structured cabling system for Moldavian State District Power Plant Ltd. At the heart of the project creation of modern and reliable SCS in the building of the Integrated auxiliary body (OVK-1) of the thermal station.

Solution

During the project in the building of OVK-1 of the enterprise the principle of creation of SCS on the basis of the PAN-NET cable system on Panduit Corp technology which consists of a vertical subsystem (Building backbone cable subsystem) and a horizontal subsystem (Horizontal cabling subsystem) was implemented.

Opinion

Vladimir Narbutov, the director of the Odessa branch of the company Ink, noted: "Informatization of a power complex always requires the innovative solutions. Implementation of this project did not become an exception - on new SCS conferred heavy responsibility as creation of a system became the base for further development and effective work of the enterprise".

Results

Implemented by SCS provides to the customer use of the IP telephony, full data exchange between the main divisions, creation of an information security system and monitoring and also implementation of a single system of security, i.e. integration of IT network and network of a security service.

Besides, in the project progress the power supply system is modernized, the systems of lightning protection and grounding are created.

Now works on upgrade of engineering infrastructure of the enterprise are continued. There is installation of SCS in other buildings, the project of creation of a complex distribution multiservice network of customer company prepares for implementation.
