The company Ink implemented a personnel management system of PS "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER" in Credit Dnieper bank.

Task

First of all, specialists of the company Ink were faced by a task to carry out system implementation of PS "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER" with the minimum influence on the existing infrastructure of bank which executed the central role regarding providing access rights to other systems.

Solution

In the project progress through joint efforts of specialists of the company Ink and Credit Dnieper bank construct the mechanism of integration of PS "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER" with the old system of the customer. Now at the moment when the new employee is employed, all data automatically get to an old system in which the possibility of editing and adding of information is blocked. The system of PS "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER" became uniform point of entry of information in the old system of the customer. Need of updating of data for an old personnel system is caused by its integration with a security system and access.

Result

Implementation of a new system allowed the customer to create automatically a set of new printed forms – both any, and obligatory. Earlier it was necessary to create and prepare manually different reports, and now all reporting is prepared automatically, directly in the system of PS "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER".

Opinion

"The HRM system existing in our bank did not develop and was not capable to accumulation of functionality while business needs of the company grew. Implementation of the modern automated control system for personnel allows to conduct uniform base of information on personnel and to have on hand a set of analytical tools for the analysis of accumulated information about employees and planning of the staff list", - Yury Brekharya, the project manager of Credit Dnieper bank says.
