Basis

The non-profit partnership "Center for the Transfer of Innovative Technologies" ("Center for Innovation") carries out comprehensive activities aimed at comprehensively promoting the transition of the Russian economy from an export-raw material to an innovative socially oriented type of development. The partnership develops and implements strategies for the socio-economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation, supports the development of domestic industry by introducing innovations designed to increase the energy efficiency and competitiveness of Russian enterprises.

1C: VDGB specialists provided assistance in choosing the optimal solution, taking into account all the features of accounting and tax accounting in the organization "Center for the Transfer of Innovative Technologies." Solution 1C: Payroll and Human Resources 8 provides a mechanism for recording the use of working time with support for manual adjustment of worked time, hourly absences, and reduced working time schedules. Personnel accounting subsystem allows you to:

  • store personal data about employees of the enterprise;
  • service information (division, position, number of rates held);
  • register the employee's promotion in the enterprise, business trips;
  • Take into account the leave of employees, monitor their actual use.

The wide functionality of the installed program covered the following accounting and tax accounting outlines:

  • Payroll calculation and management of staff financial motivation;
  • calculation of taxes and contributions of the wage fund regulated by the legislation;
  • reflection of accrued wages and taxes in the costs of the enterprise;

  • Staff requirements planning.
