In Garmoniya 2007 Condominium the solution of automation of settlement and accounting activity is implemented

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed implementation of the specialized software product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" in Garmoniya 2007 Condominium.

Background

Earlier employees of a partnership worked in other accounting system, and many operations had to be performed manually, there were difficulties in mismatch of functionality of the program to requirements of the legislation. Besides, the solution did not allow to consider meter readings.

Recently the board of condominium organized and makes an overhaul of buildings, improvement of the territory is carried out. Automation of work of condominium by means of the program "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" became the next step on the way to increase in comfort of accommodation in houses.

The solution guarantees to residents lack of errors in calculations and timely obtaining payment documents and also gives a wide range of possibilities for optimization of work of condominium.

After free exit demonstration of software products the decision on transition on "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" was made. Now the staff of condominium uses following features of the program:

• Accounting of housing and non-residential stock;
• Accounting of homeowners and living;
• Accounting of the provided services;
• Maintaining personal accounts;
• Support of work of passport service;
• Accounting according to indications of devices (counters).

Result

As a result of implementation of the software product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" in condominium appeared an automated system for management of condominium. Now work with personal accounts of tenants borrows much less time. Thanks to the automated accounting of indications of devices the speed of formation of documents considerably grew. In the program the reporting for service providers, the regulated reporting is automatically prepared.
