Authenticity of audio recordings
The recording system of telephone conversations the Forget-me-not of II guarantees authenticity of data and does not allow unfair manipulations with information. A system automatically checks reliability of audio recordings. So-called "watermarks" and the digital signature reveal installation or substitution of accompanying information, and results of check are without delay displayed.
The integrity of the file is very important for consumers of the Forget-me-not of II system: control rooms, dispatching services and security services, hot lines and telephone hotlines, contact centers and front offices as, exactly, according to the file of an audio recording the real course of events is in case of need recreated. Now the phonograms made using a recording system the Forget-me-not of II can be used confidently in examinations for permission of legal disputes and the conflicts.
The technology of "watermarks" of the Center of speech technologies, developer Nezabudki II, allows to implement at record of audioinformation in it special markers which are imperceptible when listening messages, however at data processing certify its integrity and define record accomplishment conditions. This technology is approved and is successfully used also in other product lines of the company including professional dictophones of the Gnome series.
2018: The system of an audio recording "the Forget-me-not of II" is certified by the Ministry of Internal Affairs
In February, 2018 the system of the multichannel record "Forget-me-not of II" received the certificate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirming its compliance to requirements to the functional properties of the technical systems and means of ensuring of transport security approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 969 of September 26, 2016. A system underwent certification in pursuance of requirements of Article 12-2 of the law "About Transport Security" No. 16-FZ.
According to regulating documents and the developed plans of the ensuring transport security (ETS), on objects of transport infrastructure points of carrying out examination of individuals and the loads transported by them should be provided. Such points should be equipped with the certified technical means including means of an audio recording for documentation of actions of staff of divisions of OTB.
The system of multichannel record of negotiations "the Forget-me-not of II" is the end-to-end system implementing a number of functions:
- the round-the-clock automatic recording of the negotiations with the quality suitable for identification of the personality speaking on a voice and the speech;
- built-in protection of phonograms against substitution and flush mounting;
- journalizing of all actions of users of a system; easy accumulation of scale and functionality;
- creation of multi-level circuits of reservation of all elements of a complex;
- technology monitoring of program and hardware components;
- possibility of automatic speech recognition in the text, etc.
2014: New release - Forget-me-not II v8.3
On March 18, 2014 it became known - CST company expanded opportunities "the Forget-me-not of II" with implementation in new release of the module Avaya IP Office Recorder - for record of telephony, the Avaya IP Office platform.
Updates of release are of interest as to the enterprises of medium and small business, and for big corporate customers, including to banks and contact centers, many of which use the Cisco MediaSense platform.
Integration of the platform with the Forget-me-not of II system provides to users of Cisco additional opportunities:
- determination of subjects of calls and their clustering,
- automatic evaluation of quality of work of operators,
- determination of an emotional status of announcers,
- full-function web interface.
The module Armtel Recorder, according to developers - the ideal tool for data recording from professional panels of operational and technology communication of production of Armtel company. Creation of this module is of particular importance for objects of the increased danger, including the NPP as Armtel is the only producer certified for delivery of panels of communication to such objects in Russia.
The enterprises having the distributed structure of objects had an opportunity to keep calls accounting and to analyze them in the Forget-me-not of II system. Such opportunity was provided by release of the new Smallogger Connector software product which integrates autonomous audioregistrars Smallogger of production of CST in a centralized system of storage and processing of phonograms based on Nezabudka II agrarian and industrial Complex.
Remote administration became more convenient. Specialists of security services and services of quality had an opportunity of rapid response to any arising situation as the updated Forget-me-nots of II web interface provides viewing information from any device, on "difficult" calls with readdressing.
The cross-platform interface offered users of "the Forget-me-not of II" along with the main automated workplace installed on the computer gives full access to all information of a system with a possibility of listening and editing calls, viewing statistics. Access to it is implemented under the HTTPS protocol.
2013: Updating of fall
"The center of speech technologies" announced in September, 2013 release of the new version of software of a system of the multichannel record "Forget-me-not of II". In upgraded version of a system a number of new functionality is available to users:
- klasterizator - the tool of speech analytics allowing to analyze arrays of phonograms in the automatic mode, defining subjects of addresses and creating so-called "clusters" which in turn give the chance to carry out the deep assessment of the reasons of customer appeals, to create the actions directed to quality improvement of service of contact center. It is based on unique algorithms of full text speech recognition (speech-to-text) from CST company;
- LDAP authorization of users of a system significantly simplifies administration of a system;
- graphical representation of statistics of calls helps to estimate degree of average load of communication channels and also gives indirect efficiency evaluation of work of the front office;
- the multi-user interface allows to create individual profiles and filters, to appoint roles to one or a user group;
- the "fast filters" working in one click serve for selection of phonograms by different criteria, thereby doing work of the user of a system simple and convenient;
- tools of manual assessment of phonograms give an opportunity of use of a system in motivational schemes of personel assessment;
- the internal ("closed") software record format "the Forget-me-not of II" will protect phonograms from unauthorized listening using standard mediaplayers, and access via the web interface using the HTTPS protocol will provide the required level of information security.
Existence in the system of the full-function interface of the main workplace (the automated workplace installed on the user's computer) and also the cross-platform web interface for access through the Internet browser, make the Forget-me-not of II system the universal and irreplaceable assistant in the solution of a wide range of professional tasks in work of dispatching services, control rooms, contact centers, "hotlines", etc.
