2018: Release Loud-hailer 1.5

On August 3, 2018 the Loud-hailer submitted to CST the next version of a system of the automatic notification

The Version 1.5 Loud-hailer system became even more reliable and also received a number of additions to functionality.

Updates of compatibility

Upgraded version of the Loud-hailer is completely compatible about OS Microsoft Windows 10 x64 now. Drivers of payments are signed digital signature Microsoft according to the requirements security of Microsoft Windows which are put into operation since build 1607.

This version of the module for sending Sms supports work with industrial modems of domestic production - iRZ TU32 replacing the laid-off Airlink GL6110 modems of production of the American company Sierra Wireless. At the same time full backward compatibility with earlier delivered models is saved that guarantees protection of earlier enclosed investments.

Updates of functionality

In adding to the basic in a system the auxiliary algorithm of working off of the notification on priorities is implemented. Unlike the main mode where the priority of the subscriber defines a priority of his call-down within attempt of the notification, the additional algorithm defines a call-down priority within all session. So, a system will try to phone to the preferred number before exhaustion of a limit of admissible attempts and only then will pass to call-down of the subscriber with a smaller priority. The auxiliary algorithm is interesting in situations when not the fact of the notification of the maximum number of subscribers, and bringing information to officials in order of priority is important.

In addition to automatic synthesis of voice messages in Russian the possibility of the notification in Kazakh-voiced Asel of production of CST appeared. Localization of the interface and a possibility of sending Sms in Kazakh are not provided now.

In the Loud-hailer 1.5 the opportunities for setup of parameters of interaction with voice GSM- gateways of third-party producers considering specific features of their telephone interfaces are expanded.

2017: Loud-hailer. BLITZ

The system intended for operational finishing voice and text information messages and also holding mass polls in a dialogue form in the automatic mode on different communication channels.

Software Loud-hailer. BLITS is included in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases of Ministry of Communications (Reg. N1959).

  • The personalized informing clients on a status of the individual account, existence of debt, to terms and a loan repayment order, a reminder on need of timely payment.
  • The mass notification of the population and the staff of the organizations about emergencies.
  • Informing staff of the organizations on incidents at the enterprise.

  • Monitoring of relevance of the contact information specified by clients.
  • Informing consumers of power supply companies, water utilities, housing and public utilities, Internet service providers on accidents and scheduled works in network.
  • Professional advertizing, telephone marketing.
  • Sociological polls and polls for the purpose of service quality control.

2015: Release "Loud-hailer of II"

On December 10, 2015 CST company announced release update of the product "Loud-hailer of II" release. The main changes belong to procedures of sending and control of notifications for the SMS.

Transition of the notification to the status "It Is Notified by the SMS" comes only after obtaining "delivery report" from the SMS center of the telecom operator now that maintains confidence in delivery of information to the subscriber.

If after the notification by the SMS "delivery report" from the SMS center of the telecom operator does not come, it is possible to restart the notification in the manual mode. Adjustment of an allowed time of waiting of "delivery report" and the number of attempts of sending are included in expanded settings now.

The report form is processed, visualization in the web interface is improved. In the report the augmented list of the intermediate statuses at the notification by phone and the SMS on each subscriber that allows to control the notification course with high detailing. In this release "the Loud-hailer of II" high-speed performance and stability of work of the software, including in the integration mode with third-party information systems are increased, and support of work with the program HASP SL Pro security key is implemented.

The Loud-hailer of II system is intended for contact centers, the telecommunication, logistic companies and other organizations and allows to carry out the notification of clients and the emergency informing at emergencies in the round-the-clock mode.

"The loud-hailer of II" thanks to the built-in technologies of synthesis and speech recognition keeps the notification of subscribers in a format of usual dialog by phone. Mailing of text messages - the SMS or e-mail is also possible. A system allows to inform at the same time more than 100 subscribers on inter-chip digital links. It significantly reduces time spent for the notification that is important in emergency situations or with big base of subscribers.

The main advantages of the Loud-hailer of II system are the flexible scenario of the notification, convenience of formation of tasks on the basis of previously created templates and round-the-clock operation taking into account time zones. A system provides information to subscribers in the permitted time that allows to carry out the notification in scales of the whole country.

In addition to the notification "the Loud-hailer of II" allows to carry out questioning of subscribers without participation of call center operators.

2014: Integration about 1C: Enterprise

On March 25, 2014 CST company announced integration of a system of the automatic notification on inter-chip digital links "the Loud-hailer of II" with the system of the programs "1C: Enterprise".


Description

Informing partners, subscribers - about debt, receipt of funds or any other events can be automated by transfer voice, text, Sms to the set groups of subscribers on telephone lines and data networks.

The synthesized voice message can be sent on several channels at the same time. In a system automatic formation of individual messages of different duration and the contents made taking into account personal data of the subscriber and other information obtained from the 1C: Enterprise system in real time is implemented.

Based on the notification the report which can back be loaded into a system for further work - detailing of the list of subscribers, creation new, etc. forms.

For integration of the Loud-hailer of II system with 1C specially created processings for the Enterprise Accounting 2.0 and Trade Managements 10.3 configurations which can be loaded on the website of vendor are used.

For data acquisition from "1C: Enterprise" "the Loud-hailer of II" uses setup of the automated data exchange.

Integration of systems opens new opportunities for users "1C: Enterprise", providing partial automation of work with partners and process optimization of informing and the notification.
