Syncrofit 2012

The Siemens PLM Software company, division of Siemens Industry Automation Division, software supplier and services for product lifecycle management, announced in March, 2012 release of the version of 2012 of software Syncrofit (Syncrofit 2012). The product is developed by the Vistagy company purchased by Siemens on December 7, 2011 and which is commercial division of Siemens PLM Software.

Syncrofit 2012 is the only thing checked under production conditions, integrated into CAD and the ready-made commercial (COTS) solution for work with difficult nodes of aviation constructions. QPE 2012 allows the main producers of the original space equipment (OEM) and suppliers to automate process of determination of technical characteristics and to transfer them to plans of quality control of the first product. New versions have the new key functionality increasing performance considerably reducing the number of engineering changes due to decrease in errors during the work with the description of construction. Besides, versions provide continuous transfer and exchange of design-technology information on aviation constructions during all development cycle of a product.

The new version of Syncrofit applied to design of large space constructions and nodes has convenient instruments of data visualization about fixture, accelerates work with large nodes, provides support of compatibility with the existing PLM systems and databases of the enterprise.

Syncrofit 2012 increases labor productivity, reducing time for updating of fixture. When using software need of a full load of big nodes for information search considerably is reduced need of manual entering of data into a CAD model decreases. The program is closely integrated with the advanced industry commercial CAD systems and works with the industry-leading PLM systems, allowing to reduce time spent for data entry due to interaction with the numerous systems. Syncrofit is also compatible to standard industry Oracle databases and SQL Server, at the same time need of support of non-standard databases and costs for their service and updating is eliminated.
