Zingaya is an Internet service for the companies which allows to organize the new channel of voice communication between visitors of the websites and any divisions of the companies. The call from the website can come on any number of the company - to call center, to sales department or supports or on number of the specific employee (depending on settings of service). Visitors of the websites at the same time do not need to set the additional software, to dial long phone numbers or to pay for telephone services – enough one click directly in the browser. The Zingaya service is addition to standard voice communication channels, economically interesting and convenient for clients and end users (for example, to telephone lines 8-800 or to "call back"). Service is especially popular among the companies of the financial sector, the industry of travel, online stores and information entertainment portals. Clients of Zingaya are already more than 100 Russian companies among which: "Renaissance Credit", MTS Bank, QIWI, DeltaCredit, S7 Airlines, Ural Airlines, Softkey and others.

2012

On March 22, 2012 the Zingaya company completed integration of click-to-call of Zingaya service with the system of acceptance of electronic payments of ROBOKASSA. Now it is possible to pay Zingaya service not only using bank cards (Visa, MasterCard), but also terminals of instant payment (QIWI, Eleksnet, Unicash desk, etc.), electronic currency (Yandex.Money, WebMoney, Money@mail.ru, etc.), SMS payments (Megafon, MTS, i-Free); through retail networks (Euroset and Svyaznoy) or Internet banks and ATMs of the leading banks of the Russian Federation.
