VimpelCom in April, 2012 brought to the market the new product in the field of M2M (machine-to-machine)-smart home intended for monitoring and informing subscribers on a proiskhodyatsy situation in the house during their absence. But programmable systems which provide integration with the engineering systems (first of all, ventilation and conditioning), security systems (video surveillance and access control), the systems of distribution of audio-video of content and also their interconnected "scenario" work were always and will the privilege of the projects smart homes of a serious class.
The service is started in pilot option in the Southern and Siberian regions of the Russian Federation under the name "The House under Supervision", and on corporate – at once through the whole country under the name "Beeline: Video control".
The complex consists from several sensors (the smoke catcher, motion sensors and opening of doors and windows, a signal button and a siren) and MMS cameras with the SIM card which is command center all these sensors. At operation of the sensor on phone of the subscriber the SMS notification about reaction of a system and MMS comes with the picture of the premises taken at the time of emergence of a disturbing situation.
The planned set cost in mass market - 7 thousand rubles, for corporate clients are provided discounts. The SIM card with the special tariff plan including a SMS package and MMS which quantity depends on a rate is included in the price of service and varies ranging from several tens to several hundred and thousands. Feature of service is that the web interface via which the person can browse photos from the camera at any time is provided in it and also, having called on it, to hear that occurs indoors.
Large European producers of electroinstallation products release in the lines devices of house automation with the configured technologies, such as: To VIMAR (VUM), MyHome (Btcino) and InOne (Legrand). The idea of these systems is that the design of ordinary electroinstallation sockets and switches practically does not change, the microchip allowing devices to select an operation mode of several groups of light sources (to set "scenarios") and also to manage blinds and other systems just is inside added. Relationship of switches and dimmer (svetoregulyator) using jumpers or switches on the back panel are configured. Devices by means of information wire, a radio channel or power networks communicate. These solutions simple and quite inexpensive (cost depends on the finishing of electroinstallation products selected by the Customer more: plastic, metal, tree or natural stone). Above-mentioned budget solutions completely implement control functions by lighting, however they cannot provide completely requirement of house automation of a country house. The main shortcoming – the closed protocol, lack of ability to integrate with other conventional systems.
Programmable systems which provide integration with the engineering systems (first of all, ventilation and conditioning), security systems (video surveillance and access control), the systems of distribution of audio-video of content and also their interconnected "scenario" work were the privilege of projects of a serious class always.
In the world there are two recognized leaders of management systems, these are Crestron and AMX companies. These centralized systems are leaders in release of touchpads of management (stationary and wireless) and also on integration of audio-video of signals into the general network. The world leader in the field of management systems for lighting in the house - Lutron represents several technologies from simple GRAFIK Eye to the powerful centralized HomeWorks. These systems differ from each other, but for the end user look equally. Their advantage - world-best touchpads with high quality of screens. Shortcomings - the high cost and complete dependence from the central processor and also impossibility to configure functions which were not considered by the American developers.
The leading domestic developer of intelligent systems of management - SRS group, since 2001 presents the COMFORTABLE HOUSE system at the Russian market. This system provides support of all main control buses and protocols, allows to integrate any equipment which is almost available in the market, and "quality/price" provides to an installer, the architect and the final customer the maximum opportunities, freedom of choice and the best ratio.
SRS Group is also the author of a system concept of security and comfort for residential complexes and the system developer of SMARTFLAT (simple modification of the COMFORTABLE HOUSE system in setup which is completed with controllers of industrial ICP DAS automatic equipment).
From systems having bus topology in the Russian market EIB/KNX and Clipsal C-Bus among themselves compete. These are the distributed control systems close on functionality and structure. Price range: close, but C-Bus is more often cheaper. At high functionality C-Bus can be significantly cheaper. In C-Bus the standard cable of the 5th category is applied, the Konnex Association recommends to use own cable type. In C-Bus the power supplies which are built in devices are most often used, they are located on network freely. In KNX the separate power supplies in a special way connected with each other are necessary. S-Bus offers the free software, unlike KNX. S-Bus imposes more requirements to approval of the project of an electric lighting of the automated object. S-Bus has in the line of devices freely programmable controller providing a possibility of creation of complex scenarios of interaction with different life support systems and security on an automation object. S-Bus producer is the English-Australian concern Clipsal Integrated Systems. The KNX standard is recognized at the state level in Germany, he is supported by many producers. This technology is used by such largest European producers as ABB, Gira, Merten, Berker, Siemens and others. In Russia more than 500 certified specialists equally as on the S-Bus system, and KNX.
Shortcomings of these systems is bad work with the climatic systems, the offered "multi-rumnye" devices can be used only as general "postscoring" of premises, without applying for quality of sounding. The choice of touchpads, visualization of client interfaces insufficiently flexible is small.
And S-Bus and KNX have the open protocol, they are compatible to centralized systems of Crestron, AMX, "the COMFORTABLE HOUSE" under the RS232, TCP/IP protocol using the corresponding driver. Advantage - an opportunity to collect in a uniform complex all separate subsystems of life support and security of the individual apartment house, at the same time each of subsystems (a subsystem of lighting, heating, climate control, heat-insulated floors, a subsystem of control and prevention of leakages of water and a gas leak, the security fire warning, access control, etc.) will be able to work in a standalone mode. "Hangup" of the central server will entail only loss of contact with touchpads of management, shutdown of the centralized control functions and temporary lack of management of the house using beautiful client interfaces.
The tire LON technology holds a firm place in the market of intellectual buildings. It should be noted a wide choice of the equipment intended for work on the LON protocol which is issued different producers. Examples of successful use of LON technology can be found in automation of commercial buildings, stadiums, industrial complexes and other "big" objects. Generally the LON equipment proposes solving of tasks of management of humidity, temperature, ventilation, conditioning. For automation of the climatic systems in large projects of LON it is optimal. Use of LON technology for automation of low residential complexes and, especially, private households is not proved as is "expensive".
Any of the systems of house automation, anyway, will make life of the owner of a country house more comfortable, and it already happens enough that the owner of the house wanted to set it. Shortcomings of each of them often concern only installers, the user at competent design will not face them. Use of this or that equipment requires, first, approval of the design project, secondly, depends on the project budget and, thirdly, is a technical issue. The serious install companies work with the equipment of different brands, offering options for consideration of the Customer.
Among other things, the important requirement to the system of house automation for the resident of the modern cottage settlement is existence of an opportunity in the installed system to transmit alarm signals from controlled subsystems of life support and security of the house to the general dispatching system of the settlement without installation of duplicative modules and technical complication and, as a result, rise in price of the solution and decrease in its reliability.
The reasonable combination of application of dispatching system with installation of the individual systems of house automation in houses provides additional benefits and to the owner of the house and management company in the settlement.
Additional benefit of connection of separate cottages to the general dispatching system of the settlement is that the owner of a household in this case is free to equip the house with technical means of protection on the basis of the preferences. T.e there is no need to oblige house owners to equip all houses in the settlement with the security and fire systems of one producer. Otherwise (without existence of the general dispatching system) a variety of the security and fire systems from different producers will not allow to integrate them in a complex on the basis of the single interface. In difference, the basic controller of dispatching system has an opportunity to accept signals from the security and fire systems of different producers on the basis of "dry" contacts.
