KCM-3911 is the universal 4-megapixel hemispherical chamber of production of ACTi company suitable practically for any purposes of observation indoors thanks to a lens like "fish eye" in sight of which all surrounding objects get. Depending on the application purpose it can be operated in several operating modes – for example, as the static camera with a possibility of the high-level panoramic overview of all premises or as the special rotary camera for observation in one or several set zones at the same time. When the person moves about the room, the camera automatically switches observation zones according to location of a moving object, thus, all the time without losing sight of it.
