The ACTi company, one of world leaders in the field of video surveillance, presented in the spring solutions for internal video surveillance using the KCM-3911 hemispherical chamber.
KCM-3911 is the universal 4-megapixel hemispherical chamber of production of ACTi company suitable practically for any purposes of observation indoors thanks to a lens like "fish eye" in sight of which all surrounding objects get. Depending on the application purpose it can be operated in several operating modes – for example, as the static camera with a possibility of the high-level panoramic overview of all premises or as the special rotary camera for observation in one or several set zones at the same time. KSM-3911 is especially recommended for video surveillance systems in shops, offices, schools, libraries, warehouses, elevators, lobbies of metro stations, hospitals, at gas stations, the closed sports grounds, in gyms and other types of premises.
One of unique features of KSM-3911 is the mode of preliminary installation of parameters of registration of the movement. This mode allows to configure the camera in such a way that it transfers the image only of that zone in which moving objects are recorded. When the person moves about the room, the camera automatically switches observation zones according to location of a moving object, thus, all the time without losing sight of it.
Examples of use of preliminary installation of parameters of registration of the movement can be found on the official site of ACTi
