Beltel implemented the system of the joint communications in the First insurance company

The BELTEL system integrator announces system implementation of the joint communications based on Microsoft Lync Server 2010 in the First insurance company. It allowed to increase efficiency of interaction between employees and to reduce travel costs.

The first insurance company (1CK LLC) implements 55 types of insurance services for physical persons and legal entities. The company has the developed branch network: it covers 51 subjects of the Russian Federation and includes 51 branches and 35 agencies and also 30 sales offices in Moscow and the Moscow region.

For the purpose of ensuring more effective process of interaction between employees and also the organization of distance learning by company management the decision to implement the system of the joint communications based on Microsoft Lync Server 2010 was made.

This solution reduces all known communication options - instant messaging, e-mail, audio-video of a conference, a web conference (work on documents in real time) - to use of two Microsoft applications of Lync and Microsoft Office Outlook.

Project implementation was carried out to the shortest possible time. Within the project specialists of BELTEL deployed the basic services – instant messaging, audio-video calls, web conferences between users of Microsoft Lync.

The implemented system of the joint communications consists of servers with R2 Standard Edition Microsoft Windows Server 2008 OS.

As a result the efficiency of communications of staff of the First insurance company considerably increased. The personnel of the company got access to a broad set of communication services that accelerates and do more convenient the solution of the current working questions and reduce travel costs. At the same time information exchange is completely safe and is protected from leaks.
