On March 28, 2012 the HP company provided a new service line — Always On Support Services — the industry-first service package of IT support intended for heterogeneous, convergent and cloud infrastructures. New services are intended to help corporate customers to prevent problems before their emergence, to fix the arisen problems from the first attempt (to 95% of cases) and also 66% faster to debug, leading to unplanned idle times.

HP Always On Support Services is integrated by the intelligent technological solutions which are built in convergent infrastructure of HP, and the innovation services, helping to provide modern, high-quality support of difficult IT environments.


For the pro-active and qualitative problem resolution the HP solution of Always On Support Services executes continuous monitoring of 1600 diagnostic indicators of the equipment and the software collected using HP ProActive Insight Architecture. This architecture which already today is built in ProLiant Gen8 HP servers will become available in all solutions entering a portfolio of convergent infrastructure of HP soon.

The following service packages of support are available:

  • HP Foundation Care is the accelerated problem resolution, obespechivayemoyeyushchy access to the specialist of HP on all questions, connected both with hardware, and with the software at once. Thanks to close partnership with independent software makers, specialists of HP can quickly penetrate into a key part of the problem without additional instructions.
  • HP Proactive Care is decrease in idle times and optimization of performance due to warning of possible problems; direct and fast (without escalation scheme) access to specialists of HP in support when it is required to the customer. It eliminates escalation delays from level on the level, supports, characteristic of traditional models of rendering services.
  • HP Datacenter Care is the personalized support of heterogeneous circles of the customer through the uniform contact person in HP. Rich tools of HP and methods of predictive analysis provide the accelerated processing of addresses, "pro-active" and "reactive" services, management of relationship, at permanently high quality and the attractive price.

Besides, the HP company having examination on lifecycle of IT projects proposes the solution Lifecycle Event Services which increases efficiency of investments in these service packages of support. It includes the services of development of strategy of design, implementation and training allowing customers to select those services which meet their unique requirements.
