Prior to the implementation of the synchronization unit, the company maintained accounting in the framework of 1C: Enterprise 8.2 configuration "Management of a trading enterprise." To maintain more transparent management accounting, Sinaps turned to the services of ERP Consulting. The main task of developing the synchronization unit was to analyze the movement of funds, income and expenses of the company within the framework of projects and divisions (Central Federal District). In addition, general reporting forms and analytical measurement structures have been set up.
