Protecting clients of O'Neill implements the system of two-factor authentication

The company O’Neill selected solutions SafeNet MobilePASS to provide to users secure access to corporate network and corporate data from tablet and mobile devices.

Solution

O'Neill Europe selected the software solution SafeNet MobilePASS for two-factor authentication with a possibility of sending one-time passwords (OTP) for mobile phones of users which will be applied together with the platform of authentication SafeWord 2008.

Commenting on the transaction, the head of IT department Peter Malyaaars (Peter Maljaars) told: "Considering recent incidents with date leak there is obvious a need for multilevel approach to security, using strict the politician and strict methods of authentication at access to resources from mobile devices. The implementing solutions SafeWord and MobilePASS in corporate infrastructure did not cause any difficulties, at the same time a possibility of centralized operation by our solutions for authentication play a key role in preserving of control of our data".
