HP Applications Transformation

In March, 2012 the HP company presented new solutions for transformation of applications which help the companies to increase convenience of work of users using integration of mobile business applications into traditional corporate computing environments.

With growth of use of smartphones and mobile applications the principles by which the companies take commercial benefit change and get competitive advantages. In fact, economic survival of the companies depends on their capability today to react to the requirements of customers and citizens transferred by means of corporate applications and social networks like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

The expanded solution portfolio of HP of Applications Transformation allows to model, develop and administer applications which provide interaction between people and the companies. New software products for management of development and social interaction of HP of Application Lifecycle Intelligence (ALI) it was improved and now allows to organize better joint application development and to reduce terms of release of the next versions. It is reached thanks to monitors and recordings of changes in real time for all lifecycle of the application.

Together with Perfecto Mobile, the supplier of cloud solutions for testing and automation, HP expanded a product of HP Unified Functional Testing which is a part of a complex of HP of IT Performance Suite. Now this product supports multiplatform applications, allowing developers to emulate and test user interfaces for mobile applications on different devices and in different networks.

In addition, HP offers new program systems which facilitate mobile application development using flexible (agile) methodologies and promote closer social interaction:

• the application package of HP Anywhere increases productivity and accelerates decision making, allowing customers to manage IT infrastructures "on the run". These new mobile applications help to perform the following functions: management of requests, tracking of defects, condition monitoring of services and drawing up Executive Scorecard dashboards;
• the HP solution of Enterprise Collaboration allows to create the environment of social interaction facilitating knowledge sharing and accelerating application development. In this environment it is possible to conduct in real time the discussions concerning specific action or any element from a work flow.

New services of development, implementation and administration of mobile applications The complex of software solutions of HP Application Transformation is followed by the offer of the new services directed to quality improvement of corporate applications. From now on the portfolio of HP of Mobile Application Services includes the following services:

• HP Testing for Mobility Services. This service package allows to bring quicker to the market mobile applications due to reduction of cycles of testing and also thanks to process automation of testing on different devices by means of HP solutions of Software and Perfecto Mobile;
• HP Enterprise Mobility Services for SAP Applications. This set of services promotes increase in effectiveness of work of employees due to providing a possibility of obtaining information by it from the business and critical SAP applications working on mobile devices. Having implemented support of platforms in the mobile solutions SAP NetWeaver and Sybase Unwired Platform, the HP company created an end-to-end mobile solution for access for customers to the major corporate information.
