Biography

Born January 21, 1957 in the village of Tolstoveretino, Kurtamysh district, Kurgan region.

From 1964 to 1974 he studied at the Kurgan secondary school, after graduation he entered the Kurgan Basic Medical School, which he graduated in 1977, received a diploma in the specialty of a paramedic.

In 1985 he graduated from the medical faculty of the Tyumen State Medical Institute.

Kurgan Hospital No. 1

He worked as a paramedic at the ambulance station of the Kurgan city hospital No. 1.

1977: Service in the Army

From 1977 to 1979 - service in the ranks of the Soviet Army.

1985: Residency

From 1985 to 1987 he was trained in clinical residency in the specialty "Anesthesiology and Resuscitation."

1987: Tyumen City Clinical Hospital No. 2

From 1987 to 2000, he worked in the Tyumen City Clinical Hospital No. 2 as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator, deputy chief physician for socio-economic issues.

2000: Director of the Nefteyugan branch of the Khanty-Mansiysk OFOMS

From 2000 to 2004, he worked as a director, first deputy executive director of the Nefteyugan branch of the Khanty-Mansiysk OFOMS.

2004: Deputy Director of the Health Department of the Tyumen Region

From 2004 to 2005, he was deputy director of the health department of the Tyumen region.

2005: Chief Physician of the Tyumen Regional Clinical Hospital

In April 2005, he was appointed chief physician of the Tyumen Regional Clinical Hospital State Medical and Preventive Institution.

2022: Commissioner for Human Rights in the Tyumen Region
