Stroyproyekt LLC implements the profile solution of automation of accounting and operational accounting

The department of automation of the BIT construction companies successfully completed the project on implementation of an industry system "BIT: Construction" for accounting processes in Stroyproyekt company.

Background

Annually the quantity of construction objects several times increases in Stroyproyekt company. At the same time load of the staff of department of accounting who should process hundreds of primary documents a month increases. It was required to expand analytical opportunities of a former system. To prevent possible errors and to save the current staff, the company management made the decision to give the accounting system according to business needs using automation. It was required to automate processes of accounting on all objects, to simplify preparation of accounting and tax statements, to increase transparency and accuracy of the data.

In search of the suitable software product specialists of Stroyproyekt company investigated the automated systems existing in the market. As a result the management stopped the choice on the solution "BIT: Construction" which functionality corresponded to requirements of the company.
