1C Company: BIT the Trade Software carried out implementation of the integration solution of Gerold-1 agrarian and industrial Complex to the companies "Trade the house Focus.

Task

Process of the notification of clients about existence of debt in the company before the present of times was automated. The need for transition from "manual" to the automated information processing became obvious with growth of the customer base.

The management of Fokus trading house was going to exempt through Gerold-1 agrarian and industrial Complex employees from routine work on call-down of debtors, thus increasing labor productivity. The main waiting from automation of process was connected with reduction of receivables of clients before the enterprise.

Solution

Specialists of 1C Company: BIT the Trade Software suggested to integrate Gerold-1 agrarian and industrial Complex and the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 configuration set at the customer.

In the course of implementation of Gerold-1 agrarian and industrial Complex, and all project took three months – from October, 2011 to January, 2012, specialists of BIT also carried out permanent consultation of our specialists about the correct use of program capabilities "1C: Integrated Automation 8" for correct work within integrated solution.

Result

Specialists of the company integrator carried out consultation of customer representatives, implemented mechanisms of scanning of the database of the customer and determination of required events, a procedure of blocking of the statement of new accounts for non-payers in the database of the customer.

As a result the customer received a system in which simplicity and reliability are successfully combined with availability.
