Project Tasks: Within the project it is supposed to execute installation of a system and training of specialists of the customer and also development of the Analysis of Sales analytical application in which I will following features are implemented:
- A control panel of the head which allows to assess the current situation on sales, to estimate income level, a trend of accomplishment of the sales plan, a deviation from the plan, the forecast of accomplishment of the plan by branches;
- The expanded analysis of sales and profitability in different cuts (clients, branches, goods, groups of goods, etc.) using different methods of information representation, such, as: pivot tables of indicators, bubble charts of profitability, Dibba-Simkin's analysis, method of the adapted Boston matrix, etc.;
- Data view about sales on branches and clients on cards of GoogleMaps;
- The analysis of the transportation costs connected with sales of goods;
- Analysis of customer orders;
- ABC-XYZ analysis;
- Functionality of any comparison in any analytical cuts presented in the application;
- The modeling (based on trends of sales) indicators of sales and a margin depending on the change in price of sale, cost value and quantity;
- The analysis of sales by documents.
Expected project deadline – one month. Also Excel acts as data source 1C 8.2.
