The city administration Angarsk optimizes EDMS implementation of additional functionality

In City administration of Angarsk the subsystem "Monitoring of documents" is implemented. Delivery and maintenance were implemented by Referent company.

Solution

The subsystem "Monitoring of documents" is the annex to an electronic document management system "CASE", developments of EOS Group. The product is intended for the notification of officials on receipt of documents and resolutions, the preemptive notification on control completion dates, vising and signings of documents and also allows to see the main information on documents and resolutions without start of the CASE system.

Unlike the standard means of the notification applied in EDMS "DELO" and "Subsystem of notifications and notifications", "Monitoring of documents" provides a broad spectrum of additional opportunities and functions:

• an opportunity to receive notifications on receipt of documents, achievement of control terms, without resorting at the same time to start of the CASE system;
• monitor receipt of documents and approach of control completion dates in all available offices and card files;
• receive preemptive notifications on approach of control terms according to documents, resolutions and processes of vising of draft documents;
• send to destination by means of messages of E-mail and the SMS the main details of the arrived documents/resolutions;
• select from signal quality of the notification any tune (for the computers equipped with sound cards);
• work jointly both with the "fat" client "CASE" and with "DELO-WEB"

Result

In City administration of Angarsk 150 jobs of a subsystem "Monitoring of documents" which are used together with the EDMS "DELO" which is already set in Administration are implemented. Application of this option already allowed to increase efficiency of employees of the city administration considerably: control of performing activity and performance of work of employees amplified.
