In "SN-Gazdobycha" the document management system and tasks is implemented

In SN-Gazdobycha company the document management system and tasks of TEZIS is implemented. The project on system implementation was performed by specialists of HAULMONT company.

At the end of 2011 the management of SN-Gazdobycha LLC made the decision on system implementation of management of documents and tasks of TEZIS. Optimization and workflow automation of the organization became main objectives of the project on system implementation in SN-Gazdobycha LLC. Main objectives: simplification and acceleration of process of approval of documents, organization of detailed control of work of divisions.

Key selection terms of an automated system became: convenience of work in a system and ease of its mastering, compliance to requirements of the company for functionality and cost.

The project on system implementation of TEZIS including installation, training of the administrator and users of a system, consultation during trial operation came to the end in December, 2011 with the beginning of commercial operation. In February, 2012 specialists of HAULMONT company carried out works on expansion of standard functionality of the THESIS system and its integration with the accounting system of SN-Gazdobycha company.
