Project Steps: In the course of project implementation business processes of management of the normative reference information, design-technology ensuring production, sales planning, production, purchases and movements, operational production management, inventory management and warehouses, purchase managements, sales management, the production cost accounting were described, automated and brought into operation.

Project Effect: The implemented Infor ERP LN system in full supports the standard of production management of MRP II, considers all specifics of the "custom production" model, including configuring of finished goods and modeling of production cost value and also all complex of logistic transactions, including distribution planning and address storage.
