Management of client jobs is provided by packets of Novell ZENworks Linux Management (management of client applications and their updates) and Novell ZENworks Configuration Management (configuration management of client computers). Network storage of files and other methods of network interaction are provided by the operating system for the Novell Open Enterprise Server servers.

Besides, the new product NOWS for Small Business offers the cluster Novell Cluster Services platform (to two nodes in a cluster free of charge), Xen hypervisor and also Novell ZENworks Endpoint Security Management for control of security of client computers due to traffic filtering, blocking of spam and the malware.

A set of the solutions NOWS for Small Business is licensed by two methods – on number of users or on number of machines.
