"The Gazprom gas distribution" equipped with a control system more than 8.5 thousand pieces of equipment

The transport park of JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution is equipped with the system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S".

Results

Installation of a monitoring system of GLONASS allowed to reduce fuel costs by the GRO cars, to increase discipline of personnel and to improve management of technology processes of the enterprises.

Total number of transport of vehicle fleet of JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution contains about 20,000 pieces of equipment. By the beginning of 2013 it is going to complete equipment of vehicle fleet of the organization. Now in 81 gas-distributing organizations in 47 regions of Russia more than 5000 units of transport are equipped.

Opinion

• There was a noticeable improvement of discipline of personnel and serious (from 10 to 25%) reducing costs of fuels and lubricants. Heads of different levels received the additional instrument of control and management not only of vehicles, but also technology processes of the organization in general, especially regarding carrying out procedural and emergency recovery operations, - the head of directorate of projects of Edinaya Natsionalnaya Dispetcherskaya Sistema Ltd Konstantin Kazyulin notes.

• At the moment the monitoring system on the basis of GLONASS technology equips 110 cars of our company, - the head of department of information technologies and telecommunications of JSC Vladimiroblgaz Mikhail Midenko comments. - In the nearest future the equipment will be installed on 100 machines. In the end-to-end information system "Megalopolis" it is possible to check where there is this or that vehicle, to determine its motion speed and the passable distance.

2013. The project is alive

Konstantin Kazyulin, the CEO of SNS North-West LLC, announced on May 23, 2013 special attention which was paid to the project of creation of a monitoring system and control of vehicles of JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution and its territorial structures within which 8 thousand units of transport of the customer are equipped with system modules of navigation and monitoring.

- The system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S" integrated 75 GRO in 52 subjects of Russia. Today navigation equipment equips more than 8,000 vehicles, more than 350 jobs of a system are unrolled. According to the data provided to GRO, economy of fuels and lubricants made 25 percent. The uniform center of monitoring is organized. It allows to exercise complex control of the key logistic and economic indicators, preparation and the analysis of summary statistical information and support of operational acceptance of management decisions, - the head of the company contractor emphasized.

2014: Project Development

On February 17, 2014 ENDS of Russia announced the continuing equipment of transport of JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution and its territorial structures the system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S".

At the end of 2013 in vehicle fleets of the regional gas-distributing organizations (GRO) more than 550 units of transport are equipped. In total within the project about 8,600 units of transport are equipped, more than 350 jobs of a system are created. The uniform center of monitoring where control of key indicators of work, location and a status of vehicles is exercised is organized.

Special attention is paid to integration of a monitoring system of transport based on GLONASS technologies in information systems of dispatcher stations of GRO.
