The special design bureau of the EDS holds a leading position in Russia and neighboring countries on development and production of devices for in-place control and diagnostics of a status of high-voltage circuit-breakers. At the enterprise the problem of business process automation of product lifecycle management is particularly acute. The application solution of RKIT Group company is designed to make information on each unit of the made products available and managed at all stages of product lifecycle: from development and sale, before warranty and post-warranty service.

The solution is implemented step by step - now is automated and there undergoes trial operation the process of formation of the sheet of specifications solving a number of production problems. At a device development stage the packet of the existing technical documentation on the device is enshrined in the sheet, the database is updated by the staff of special design bureau in process of making changes in documentation.

At a stage of release of a batch of devices relevant technical documentation taking into account permissions to making changes and notifications is automatically selected. On the basis of these data the new sheet - a peculiar mold of production process forms. And the sheet of the specification is assigned both to a batch of devices, and to serial number of each unit of production which is released in this batch. It allows not only to trace the history of release of the device and all its modifications, but also already at a stage of service maintenance to receive a complete packet of the technical documentation to each unit of production (drawings, assembly schemes, data on a device complete set, etc.). For data output it is enough to specialist to enter to search string in the Docsvision system serial number and the name of a product.

Works on implementation of process of accounting of devices are continued - taking into account specific requirements of the customer additional subsystems are developed, in particular, development of business process of calculation under the repair articles is conducted.

Thus, at the enterprise the single mobile information system of accounting of products which can be used for automation of similar processes at other manufacturing enterprises and in design offices is created.
