Biography

Was born on July 20, 1962 in Irkutsk.

Education

• In 1990 graduated from the Moscow prospecting institute
• In 1994 - All-Union institute external trade
• In 1996 - the International Bluegrass Institute and economies of "Haus Rissen"
• In 1997 - Academy of economic sciences and business activity of Russia (Department of "World economy and the international economic relations")
• In 2006 - Institute of additional ecological education according to the "Environmental Protection at the Enterprises of a Construction Complex" program and also the Center of additional professional education of Stroyzashchit for the "Activities for Construction of Buildings and Constructions Organization and Production of Installation and Construction Works" program.

Career

• The labor way began in 1979 the technician in the Irkutsk department of Soyuzgeotekhnika; after service in the ranks of the Soviet Army worked in the Moscow prospecting expedition of the Ministry of geology of RSFSR.
• Since 1993 was the general representative of JSC North Kola Mining-and-geological Industrial Company
• From 1998 to 1999 worked as the chief financial officer of Komsomolskaya pravda Ltd.
• 2002 for 2003 held a position of the deputy manager of Department of the organization of interaction with natural monopolies of the Ministry of the industry, science and technologies of the Russian Federation.
• 2004-2005 was the adviser to the deputy minister of the industry and power industry of the Russian Federation.
• Since 2005 held a post of the CEO of Resource Investment Company Ltd; Defender Otechestva of the III degree has the Prize cross.
• Since September, 2007 - the deputy head of administration of the Novgorod region
• In May, 2009 it is appointed the deputy governor of Murmansk region. For December, 2014 did not hold this post any more.
