Yury Zhukov was born on August 22 in 1969 in Potsdam, Germany.

1994 - became the cofounder of "the First Mortgage Company", after restructured in JSC PIK Group.

1995 - graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering in "Electronic instruments and devices".

2010: Arrest of apartments and actions

In 2010 against JSC PIK Group proceedings were initiated, business promptly lost assets. Thus, 2010 was marked by Yury Zhukov's exit from one hundred Russian Forbes rating.

In the summer of 2010 Meshchansky district court of Moscow arrested two capital apartments of Yury Zhukov according to the petition of "Nomos-bank" to which JSC PIK Group owes 271.4 million dollars. The creditor before whom the businessman was charged personally, demanded to impose also providing on the mansion near Rublyovka, cars and shares in a number of the companies of Zhukov^[3].

In July, 2010 the arbitration court of Moscow seized 206.678 million stocks of JSC PIK Group belonging to Maritrade Investments Limited company of Yury Zhukov and being in depositary of VEB Project Management LLC. The bank was forbidden to perform any transactions with these papers^[4].

2011: President of Sberbank Development

Since February, 2011 - the president of the company "Sberbank Development" Co-owner of PIK^[5].

2011 - Yury Zhukov starts two projects of construction of five-star hotels in Sochi^[6].

Till September, 2011 - the board member of JSC PIK Group.

2012: Head and owner of 81% of the stocks "VEB Project Management"

February, 2012 – the head of VEB Project Management LLC. Is the owner of 81% of stocks of VEB Project Management LLC^[7].

2014: Arrest

In November, 2014 Babushkinsky Court of Moscow chose a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest till December 17 to the founder of the PIK group, the owner of "The national nonmetallic company" Yury Zhukov. As earlier "Kommersant' knew, after an arrival in Vnukovo Airport in the evening on November 21 mister Zhukov was delayed. From there it was sent to the pre-trial detention center on Petrovka, 38 where spent night.

Detention was carried out within legal investigation of coercion to transaction. At the heart of investigation — a circumstance of transition of 9% of stocks of a prizvoditel of crushed stone largest in Europe — JSC Pavlovskgranit to structures of mister Zhukov. The Department of Internal Affairs in the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow is engaged in investigation of this case. According to "Kommersant', on November 19 Yury Zhukov was put on the wanted list then he was delayed.

2015: Criminal case is dismissed because of failure of evidence

In August, 2015 criminal case against Yury Zhukov was dismissed, the investigation did not find proofs of his fault.

2020: Hospitalization with suspicion on COVID-19

On March 24, 2020 it became known that Yury Zhukov is hospitalized from Odintsovo situated near Moscow where he lives, in infectious diseases hospital in the Communard with suspicion of COVID-19 coronavirus.
