Was born on June 4, 1975 in Ryazan.

Education

• In 1992 graduated from the Ryazan cooperative school.
• In 1997 - the Moscow university of consumer cooperation, specialty - "Organization of a Business Activity and Merchandizing"
• In 2008 - a postgraduate study of the Russian university of cooperation; upon termination of study remained to work at the university

Career

• From 1996 to 2003 held different positions: from the chairman of student's trade-union committee to the vice rector for work with youth and social problems.
• In 2003 passes into the Central union of consumer societies of the Russian Federation to a position of the deputy head of department of the personnel and orgmassovy work, then - the deputy manager of affairs and managing affairs of Centrosoyuz of the Russian Federation.
• In June, 2008 it is appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Committee on development of an entrepreneurship, consumer market and services of the Ryazan region.

• The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Ryazan region since 2010, the Chairman of the Committee on development of an entrepreneurship, consumer market and services of the Ryazan region. For July, 2013 it was dismissed.

Candidate of Economic Sciences; it is awarded with a medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow" (1997), the certificate of honor of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (2007).
